Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Fern Foods is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including allergen controls, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
