Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Reno with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Reno. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including contractor visits, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
