Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Rook Housing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including resident services, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
