Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Rivermark Ashton Hospitality is a hospitality company in Nashville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including guest bookings, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
