Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Rivermark Granite Financial is a financial-services company in Honolulu, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account servicing, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
