Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Bright Summit Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Diego. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including clinical evaluations, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
