Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Westbrook Quill Facilities is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including work orders, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
