Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around El Paso design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 621 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including survey data, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
