Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Amberfield West Freight is a Raleigh logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including claims, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
