Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Clearpath Cedar Legal Group provides legal services in Baltimore across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing records, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
