Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Lumen Vista Markets is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including store inventory, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
