Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Stonegate Fern Energy is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including usage data, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
