Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Silverline Pike Markets serves neighbourhoods around Savannah with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including online orders, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
