Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Clearpath Rowan Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Columbus. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including budget submissions, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
