Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tulsa, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including claims, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
