Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Des Moines. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer tracking, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
