Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Bright Kestrel Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Birmingham, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer estimates, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
