Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Bluepeak Linden Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Houston with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including fleet maintenance, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
