Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Bright Thistle Property Management looks after rental homes across the Little Rock area. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including rent collection, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
