Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Amberfield Cross Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around San Antonio. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including outage reports, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
