Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Bright Beacon Manufacturing Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including work orders, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
