Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in San Jose with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including exhibitions, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
