Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Summit Ivory Inspection Services is an inspection company in Indianapolis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including client sites, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
