Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Highbridge Nest Markets is a Sacramento retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including pricing, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
