Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Boise. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including scheduling, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
