Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Highbridge Stone Legal Group provides legal services in Fresno across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 887 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including court deadlines, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
