Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Facilities is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including contractor visits, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
