Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including cleaning schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
