Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its San Jose plant, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 600 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including scrap and rework, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
