Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Indianapolis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including procurement, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
