Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Fernwood Ivory Facilities is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer sites, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
