Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Bluepeak Orchard Freight is a Cincinnati logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including claims, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
