Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Cedar Union Civic Services Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including procurement, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
