Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Greenridge Nest Markets Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including shrink and waste, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
