Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Fernwood Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including parts orders, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
