Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Greenridge River Auto Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including warranty claims, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
