Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (remote)

Greenridge Orchard Telecom is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing accounts, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
