Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Providence with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 877 people based in Providence. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including collection routes, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
