Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Providence, RI)

Northwind Bright Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Providence. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 431 people based in Providence. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including device records, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
