Summit Kestrel Financial Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including vendor spend, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
