Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including client sites, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
