Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Phoenix design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including survey data, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
