Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Philadelphia, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 241 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including lease compliance, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
