Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Kestrel Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Omaha and nearby communities, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including pipe repairs, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
