Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Basin Foods Group and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be phone and chat support. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including cold storage, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
