Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Granite Water Authority Partners is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing accounts, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
