Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Stone Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including event logistics, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
