Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Oakland, CA)

Westbrook Vista Property Management is a Oakland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including unit turnovers, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
