Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across New Orleans. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including field inspections, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
