Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (New Orleans, LA)

Bright Sparrow Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the New Orleans area. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing accounts, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
